Executive Director, Community Artist
Ashley Minner


NAASAP was established and is facilitated by Community Artist Ashley Minner, a member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina. A graduate of MD Institute College of Art's Master's of Arts in Community Art Program (MA '07, BFA '05), Ashley is a current Open Society Institute (OSI) Baltimore Community Fellow.

Holly Crawford-Seay is an artist and educator from Baltimore, Maryland. She is a Master’s of Arts in Community Arts candidate at the Maryland Institute College of Art and NAASAP co-facilitator.
